Spring: Bella Hadid opens
Bella Hadid opened the show, as Elle, W and USA Today all reported. According to Elle, she wore a sheer petal-green mini skirt. USA Today described her wings as butterfly-like and covered in branches and multicolored flowers. After that, the spring section brought rosette corsetry and a mini dress covered in petals, which Anok Yai wore.

Summer, and a vintage intermission
Summer was “high heat,” in Selman’s words to W. Tate McRae sang her new single “Housewife” for the first time during this part of the show, W reported. According to Elle, the song played as Gigi Hadid returned to the runway.
Then came an intermission called Vintage Victoria. It was a run of bias-cut slip dresses in pastel colors. According to Elle, the shapes nodded to the brand’s archive from the late 1990s and early 2000s. Selman told W that fans collect the old slip dresses, so the brand made reissues.
There was also a Pink section, which W called a halftime show. Elle described it as the more everyday line, with crystal low-rise pants, bandage dresses and logo separates.
Autumn and winter
Autumn was about romance, W reported, with corsetry and lace wings. After that, two winter sections closed the seasons, with furs and silver-tipped sets.
Adriana Lima closed the show, according to USA Today. The paper described her look as white beading with fringe and silver-white wings.
The Fantasy Bra returns
For many fans, the Fantasy Bra was the big moment of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2026. Kylie Jenner wore it, according to all three outlets. Elle and USA Today both reported a $50 million value and said the brand made it with the jeweler Jacob & Co. USA Today put the count at 4,410 diamonds. Meanwhile, several familiar names returned. W reported that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley walked her first Victoria’s Secret show in 16 years, and that Elsa Hosk was back after almost a decade. Alessandra Ambrosio and Candice Swanepoel walked too. USA Today also reported a surprise from Gisele Bündchen, who appeared in videos at the start and end of the show.
